Transformative Land Pooling
The LPS introduced a voluntary model where over 33,000 acres were pooled by 28,000 landowners, ensuring mutual benefits for both the state and the farmers. Unlike traditional land acquisition, this scheme emphasized transparency, fairness, and community welfare, gaining national recognition for its inclusivity.
